We offer free inspections for termites as long as the home is not part of a real estate deal or loan application. If you want a full termite report for your Real Estate transaction or loan, we charge around $175-250 depending on the square footage of the home. We also charge a small fee for inspecting multi-unit complexes and commercial complexes.

The free termite inspection includes a careful search of all the accessible areas of the home or commercial structure for any evidence of a termite infestation. This includes any accessible attics and subareas and attached decks. We also probe the eaves of the home and other exterior wood to locate any hidden termite infestations and damage.

For our Subterranean Termite treatment, we dig a trench around your home and drill holes in the concrete pads and walkways so that we can saturate the soil around the foundation of the home with Termidor H.E.. If your home has a subarea, we will saturate the soil in the subarea as well.

If you are looking for a more environmentally friendly termite treatment, we can use a green product called Altriset in place of the Termidor. Altriset is a little more expensive. But it is highly effective.

If you are in the construction phase of a home or commercial building, we highly recommend that you have us come out to do a Bora-Care pretreatment on the structure. The Bora-Care pretreatment is highly effective at protecting your home from Drywood Termites and Subterranean Termites. Finally, we offer tent fumigation for controlling Drywood Termites. Tent Fumigation requires some preparation and you must be out of your home for three days.
